Payment for a collected article

I sold a push bike, the buyer paid in my presence through e bay and i received a notification, so i then allowed him to take the bike. However as this was my first sale I didnt realise a QR code would be sent to the buyer that i would have to scan before funds would be released. 

i have contacted the buyer but two days later he still hasnt received a QR code, so my funds are just stalled with a message saying they will be held for a month or until I can confirm collection

Go to Actions to the right of the Sold Bike. Mark as Paid and Dispatched. You will need to use a Desktop Browser.

For future reference is best to ask for Cash on Collection Items. Buyers can then not open any Returns Cases and your Money won't be on any Hold.
