On two occasions now, I have had two lots of money for the same item bought requested for payment with my bank.
The money goes from my account to the seller, then a day or so later ebay are holding the same amount of money for the same item to be released to them in my bank account (I checked item number, definitely the same item) I messaged the seller on both occasions (2 different items and 2 different sellers) they confirmed I only ordered and paid for one and that I need to contact eBay. I can not find a way to do this. It's going through a long process of searching for answers and the assistance is of no help.
I have now had the money being held in my account for a few days for an item that was already paid for. Can anyone help me?
