I wanted to take advantage of the 20% discount. My first payment was not processed and the second only processed 1 item instead of 6. I cannot use the code again and my bank states no payment requested so I now have an item I cannot use as was software for a laptop that wasn't purchased. I have also lost £45 of the discount. Any ideas or advice would be most welcome, thanks.
