Payment after collection without QR code

I collected an item and the seller wasn't in so I couldn't get my QR collection code scanned, how do I mark the transaction as complete to enable payment to the seller?

You cant mark it as complete that is down to the seller

Is there a number on the code you can give to them to put on the transaction

If not then the seller can mark as Paid and dispatched on the Seller hub  under Orders
