I sold an item and the funds not yet in my paypal account. Its says payment will be released within 24 hours, the 24 hours has been and gone and money still not in my paypal account. Payment was made by buyer on 5th Sept, item delivered to them.

if the money isn't showing in your paypal account you need to check what email address was used when you created the listing

click on 'sell similar' to see what email address is in the payment field

then if it is an email account you can still use, log into your paypal account and add it to your profile,

you will need to confirm the email address and the money will appear

if it is an address you can no longer access you need to apologise to the buyers and ask them to cancel the payment through their paypal account

then you can send them an invoice from your paypal account
