The seller is asking for a code to complete the transaction and show i've paid but i don't have and can't find out how to get one. Please help.

this is a new system ebay has intoduced so sellers can mark items as collected
read about it here:-
the seller can bypass the need for a code by using the full site, not the app
they need to use the drop down menu next to the item and mark it as paid and dispatched
