I paid cash on collection for a laptop purchased at the weekend. The Seller only lived a few miles away from me, so it made sense to go and collect it which the Seller agreed to. Not only did the laptop turn out to be "not as described" but it is also faulty as I cannot download anything. I've contacted the Seller and she is not willing to refund me or accept she's been disingenuous. To add to my frustration ebay state I am not covered by their returns policy because I didn't pay via PayPal!! What difference does it make? She's been paid, and has checked the box to say she has received payment. Am I missing something here? Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.
