I hate it that I can no longer get my sellers payments to go into my PayPal account, I like to keep what I make on eBay as seperate to my banking. I like using the money I make to shop on eBay! 

I am seriously thinking of closing my account and looking at other selling platforms. I have bought and sold on eBay for many years so this is how serious I feel about the issue. I know I'm only a small fish in a big pond and to them (eBay) this would be nothing. I have raised the issue through the online assistant. I'm sure I can't be the only one who feels like this! (Or maybe I am!)

I'm sure you're not. Many sellers, for whatever reason, have found it useful to receive and make payments through Paypal, keeping funds invisible to those who might see their bank accounts!

It may be bad news for buyers who "launder" money held in PayPal by paying the full face value or even more for vouchers on eBay.

Many are not happy with it but if you want to sell you have to be on managed payments

No other options

Your buyers can still pay by paypal but they pay to ebay.
