Good afternoon, 

I have always used PayPal to pay for my purchases.

I have always clicked "Pay after receiving goods", however, this facility seems to have been removed recently.

Is that correct?

Now when I click on pay with PayPal, it seems to take the money as soon as the seller puts the transaction through, I no longer have those few days of grace where the money stays in my account.

Is this something that Ebay or PayPal have changed recently.

I can no longer click on the option to pay later, (other than if I sign up to a new PayPal agreement, which seems to be some sort of credit payment, which I do not want.)

It is not a great problem, it was just nice to have the option to pay after.

paypal have removed the pay after delivery option,
