PayPal problems

Anyone else having an issue where you try to pay and get payment not going through please find another way to pay? Am getting shunted from pillar to post by PayPal who won't give a straight answer as to why it's happening-ebay say it's PayPal's doing but just send out bull**bleep** saying it's not their doing-think eBay really need to distance themselves from PayPal asap.

Worth checking that the item ships/posts to the UK ? ... and try payment using a PC/Laptop.

The item I've tried to buy is in uk-am using an Android tablet to work from but haven't had any problems buying with my card on the tablet until this issue suddenly appeared-so far it's been all yesterday afternoon messaging PayPal and most of this afternoon with them and still haven't been given a reason why their dimwitted AI security system has decided that my card is no longer suitable or if it's ever going to be again-nothing wrong with card as been using it with Amazon instead today.
