I have bought a guitar on Rbay and it was advertised as collection only. However, he agreed to send it to me if i covered the postage.
How do.i show that i have received the guitar so that PPal will release the money?
The only way to show an item has been received is to leave good feedback for the seller.
That should then release the Paypal initial hold , and release their money on day 8 instead of a 21 day hold.
