Partially used nail varnish polish

Can I list partially used nail varnish polish.

I notice other sellers have listed as New (other details) for some USED nail varnishes / polishes  but this is actually incorrect according to the detailed note for New (other details) .

Is this acceptable?

The bad news is that the sale of used fingernail polishes is not allowed.

Thanks for your reply and confirmation of what I thought was the policy, just sad other sellers are obviously selling used within their listings and under New (other details) But hey thanks again at least I won’t get it wrong 👍😊
