Partial Refunds

Hi Folk - one of my customers has entheusiastically overpaid postage & I would like to refund £2 but can't find instructions.  Will somebody please advise how? Cheers

you can't do it through ebay,

you have to do a partial refund through paypal,

but bear in mind you have already paid fees on the full amount and you won't get any of those back,

so if you refund the full overpayment you will be out of pocket!

Using a laptop / PC / borwser but not IE,  and probably not the ebay app,  log into your Paypal account and find the transaction.

Click on refund this item,  then be careful to add the correct amount you wish to refund into the little box provided,  or you will refund the whole amount. 

Check it is correct and send.

You will still pay full eBay and Paypal fees on the original listed postage price.
