Parcel stuck in warehouse. What is the correct coarse of action for me?

I recently sold item no. 112121653145 to a person in Portugal. I used their verified Paypal address and the parcel was sent using Royal Mail International track & signed RN314992587GB the parcel was succesfully handed to a parcel delivery company called GLS in portugal where it is now stored at their warehouse after a couple of failed attempts to find the purchasers address. The royal mail's tracking says undelivered incorrect address twice and the GLS tracking says the parcel is being stored in the GLS depot. It could not be delivered as further address information is needed. The purchaser has contacted me telling me the address is correct. I dont know what to do in this situation.
