You are only obliged to pay the postage stated on the listing.
If the seller has under-etimated the postage on the item, most sellers at some time or other have done it, but that is no excuse.
Message the seller and tell them you are looking forward to receiving the item.
If you don’t receive the item by the latest expected delivery date, complete an Item Not Received case in the Resolution Centre:

If the seller tries to cancel the transaction they cannot do it and avoid paying selling fee, without your agreement.
If the seller sends you a Cancellation Request, decline it.
