I order picking up a parcel via packlink with Hermes. I was waiting 2 whole days to be picked up. Courier never showed up. I checked tracking and now the message says order has been cancelled and I never cancelled it. It's impossible to contact Hermes and speak with a person, can't contact Packlink and I wonder what else I could do. I have someone who paid and it's waiting for their order...
