Paid for item. Which was then cancelled and relisted

I bought a item for 0.99p buyout now on the 07/02/16 which was paid for straight away. The seller them contractes me 2 hrs later saying sorry that item had already been sold. Only for me to find out that the seller has relisted the item for more money and auction only. any advice please.

Unfortunately you can not force a seller to sell,but you can leave them the relevant feedback and star ratings,as refusing to sell provides a "Bad buyer experience"
