I have just sold an item and listed the shipping as £5.78 as a parcel between 2-5KG via Packlink Hermes.
I have shipped at this price before and this is the price still being quoted for this size parcel, yet when I go to create postage label Hermes charge is £8.05???
Any ideas why/whats changed in the last week, or why I am being quoted this amount?
