A Packlink parcel hasn't arrived. Their Help Center is asking for this:-
The reference number is an alphanumeric code we need to identify your shipment, look for one like this: GB2020EBAY/COM/PRO0000000.
I don't know where to find this.
I hope someone can help.

Areyou buyer or seller?
If buyer not your problem, you just open a Not Received case.
If Seller how did you get the label, how did you pay for label, somewhere it should have that reference number.
I would never use Packlink, they deliver nothing and are just an unnecessary middeman with difficult means of dealing with should you need to claim and that is assuming you are covered as they don't cover much.
Your buyer should open a Not Received case and you then have 3 days to refund. Whether you can get any compensation from Packlink makes no difference your buyer is entitled to a full refund.
