However when they came up they were not as advertised. I have contacted the vendor twice so far with a photo of the blooms and have had no response. I realise that I purchased them in November 2020 in good faith, as I was expecting Pink & White flowers. They came up Yellow & Orange. Obviously I could not know that the incorrect bulbs had been sent to me until they came up. I have tried to find a way of submitting my request for either a refund. How can I continue with my request for either the correct bulbs to be supplied or for a refund due to incorrect item. They have now gone over so I am unable to give a copy of the photo with this request.
Your only option would be an Item Not As Described Case with PayPal who do offer 180 days Buyer Protection. However you would have to Return the Bulbs to get your Money Back.
