PURCHASED A MOBILE PHONE £188.00 HOW DO I CONTACT EBAY URGENTLY

I Bought a Mobile Phone for £185.00 plus postage.

Purchase date was 15/11. The seller sent me a Proof of Postage Receipt for Next day Deivery dated 18/11.

The Price of Postage was £3.70, So as it would have cost a lot more than that for postage  of Next day, This Receipt is not for this Phone, Plus the Tracking number on this Receipt does not match any tracking for UK Post

The seller told me at first he sent it Tracking, Then on Contacting him he changed his mind and said his wife posted it 1st Class on the 18th.

As my Husband works for Royal Mail and has told me there are NO holdups on Packages even though they are saying there is  Blaming Covid.

So I need to open a Case for my Money of  £188.70 Refunded,

The other thing is  on Buying this the Estimated Deliver was the 21/Nove, Then it changed to 26th,

But as ebay are just  going off the wrong Post Details they are not letting me open a Case.

I Really need Ebay to help with this as Soon as Possible, Has anyone got a Phone Number or an Email address for Ebay.

I would open an Item Not Received Case with PayPal. They check the Tracking much more thoroughly than EBay do. Log in and find Contact Us at the very foot of the Page. Then Resolution Centre on the next page and Resolve a Problem. Add all the relevant dates and Tracking you have been sent by the Seller.

 

Escalate the Case after 2 days but before 20 days.
