PS5 Scams

I have been looking at buying a new PS5 and in loads of them you look at the discription and it says .. i am selling just a photo!!! How on earth can this be allowed ? Some poor parent will be desprate to buy a machine for there child and they will loose there money!!!!! 

£1000 so far and in the decpription is this

Better still there is one for sale £48000 with 44 bids.  No one has any intention of buying at that price of course - it's a wind up.

If someone does actually pay for the photo then they simply open a "not as described case" whatever the ad says and get a refund.

It could not be clearer that this is just a photo, from the description, but the buyer, if they are not just an auction wrecker, can fall back on the category and item description, which are part of the listing and are for the console.

Buyer's have a responsibility not to let themselves get carried away, but the one who buys this will be able to make a claim for item not as described, based on category and item specific, and will win.
