The new Hermes/Shutl label format is set to one size and one direction. If you print a label on a 2 label page sheet the numbers below the bar code print on the second sheet, Before they altered the priniting the label could be adjusted or rotated through 90 degrees. This can no longer be done. I am now sending out parcels with the bar code numbers missing. If everyone else is having the same problem I can guess that Hermes are going to get in a terrible mess [of their own making] Any ideas?r
