POSTAGE REFUND,

a couple of days ago I returned a few items, but only received a partial refund, why?

the post office told me the postage fees have been paid by the sender, otherwise, I would send the items by second class post, but now I have only received refunds minus the postage fees, who is going to refund that money?  I returned the items the next day because I noticed the colors & designs don't match to others as soon as I opened the parcel.

Did you open a PROPER RETURN CASE, if so you get a FULL refund of what you paid. If you pay for return postage that will not be refunded.

You really need to explain properly, with figures of what you paid to buy including postage and what you received, as if you did a DIY return then you only get what the seller chooses to refund. 

I suspect you did not read the Money Back Guarantee and follow instructions.
