HI,
I HAD TO RETURN AN ITEM AND THE SELLER HAD LISTED THAT THEY WOULD REFUND ANY POSTAGE IN THAT EVENT.
THEY HAVE NOT DONE SO AND I HAVE SENT THEM SEVERAL MESSAGES INCLUDING A PHOTOCOPY OF THE POSTAGE RECEIPT.
I CANT SEEM TO RAISE A DISPUTE AS THEY HAVE ALREADY ISSUED A REFUND FOR THE ITEM BUT NOT THE POSTAGE
CAN ANYONE HELP?
Sellers are only required to pay for the return postage when an item is not as described and the buyer opens a case under eBay's money back guarantee. If you did that, and the seller is in the UK, eBay would have required them to send you a prepaid return label.
We don't know why you agreed to pay for the return yourself, but as you did there is nothng you can do now to claim the cost back through eBay. The agreement that the seller would repay you was entirely a matter between the two of you.
