POSTAGE LABELS

For the last 4 days i have been having trouble, with postage labels, printed via paypal and ebay.Once purchased a tracking reference appears as tracking info for the purchaser.However none of the labels were for a tracked service.If purchased through ebay the number is the same as appears above the qr code on the label.If purchased via paypal postage the numer is different.Ive spoken to both ebay and paypal customer services on several occasions to no avail.Ive now emailed royal mail, but in the mean time wondered if anyone else has had this.The main issue is buyers think there item is tracked when it isnt, and keep emailing, saying ive supplied, false fake or misleading info, when its not me whos uploading it, it just apperas once the label has been purchased.Going to post office every day isnt really an option.Any solutions appreciated, Rob

When you purchase postage from eBay or Paypal then the second you print the label it marks as dispatched......

eBay & Paypal labels only become live on online tracking systems when you take the item to the post office & it is scanned over the counter.....

Most eBay & Paypal postage labels require that the item is posted within 24 hours of the label being printed.......you should therefore not purchase/print off the eBay or Paypal postage labels until you are ready to post the next day
