I HAVE HAD A BUYER ASKING FOR MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO BE ABLE TO PAY FOR AN ITEM. IS THIS RISKY??

Please dont write in capitals as it is regarded as shouting but can be hard to read

It is very very risky and you are probably about to be scammed

As far as I can see you have not sold anything and the buyer has to buy on ebay

Once they do then they will get an invoice from ebay and they can pay through the invoice

If you send your email then you will get scam emails saying they have paid 

You can lose your item and no money

Just to add

You do not send items over £20 by ordinary postage as you are only covered to £"0 and if the item is lost or damaged then you will not be able to claim

Any item over that has to go by a special delivery with the appropriate compensation
