PAYOUT LINK ON ITEM WILL NOT OPEN.

I'VE BEEN NOTIFIED THAT I HAVE HAD A PAYOUT BUT WHEN I CLICK ON THE 'VIEW PAYOUT DETAILS' IT WILL NOT LOAD & THE MESSAGE AREA IS BLANK. ANYONE KNOW HOW TO SOLVE THIS?

I HAVE DEEP CLEANED, CLEARED COOKIES, CACHES ETC & STILL WILL NOT OPEN. IS THERE ANY OTHER WAY TO SEE HOW MUCH THE FEES WERE ON THE ITEM? CAN ANYONE HELP PLEASE?

There is a site issue involving this,  as other members have been reporting the same.

As with all glitches it's a case of .....    please try again later.

If still no success,  then contact eBay Customer Services for any updates on this issue.
