Hi all,

Where do I find the 'Order Form'?

Ive been advised to fill this in when someone collects goods im selling but I cant find it anywhere on the website?

If the buyer gives you a collection code you can add it via the dropdown menu on the right of the item on your sold page.     If they have no code you should be able to just mark as dispatched from the same place.

Thank you. Its an expensive item and ive been reading horror stories of people collecting and then disputing. I am going to insist that they use the App or give me the code or no sale. Is that fair enough?
