Order disappeared from purchase history

Hi.  I cannot find any help anywhere for an order which has disappeared from my purchase history.  The seller helped themselves to the payment but I haven't received the item and there is no trace of the order.  Anyone any ideas please.  Cheers.  S.

This happens when ebay suspend the seller.    Iif you paid using Paypal open a "not received" case here:

Escalate it after 2 days and before 20 days.
