Order Cancelled

Please I need your help, I ordered something yesterday from ebay, the order was confirmed and the due date. But just recieved an email that my order was cancelled and my money was refunded. My problem is I did not cancel the order but it said the buyer cancelled order. What should I do?

The Seller gave the Reason for the Cancellation as "Buyer Requested Cancellation" to avoid a Damaging Defect on their Account for a Seller Initiated Cancellation and they would also have received an EBay Final Value Fee Credit.

Report them to Ebay by entering Advanced Search into Help and Contact at the top of the Page. Scroll down to the Phone Link at the bottom of the Page for EBay to Call you back. Tell them that you didn't Request a Cancellation. Live Chat should also be available.
