You area new seller and any payment received would have been subject to a 21day hold.

If you had looked at PAYMENTS in the hading of the Summary page you would have found details of the payment, which would also have been frozen assoon as a casewas opened.

As a new seller you must read EVERYTHING and if it says look at payments do that, as that is the only way to learn how tgesystem works.
