Open case

i have a open case as a buyer refused to pay I went to look for update there was a question 

have you received payment yes or no I tried to press no it went to yes now the case is closed

i it was closing later on today what can I do ??

Once the case is closed I am afraid there is nothing you can do.

Now it says Paid then you will be left with the fees

Even worse the buyer could open a not received dispute

If you cant prove with tracking they received it you could end up having to refund
