Does anyone know what's going on with eBay not received item case.. I have been trying to find out about my decision since asking eBay to step in and help.. it is been over a week now and all I get when I try to check the status is a page saying 'it's no you, it's us'..
what is going on?
please advise..

Perhaps contact eBay Customer Services. A week is too long not to be able to find out an outcome for a case.
