I ordered a LED fountain a few weeks ago, the fountain is lovely but the LEDs do not work I have a partial blind dog and really need the lights in the pond.
I've contacted the seller explaining , but they only email once a day only and not on weekends then offer me £3 or £5 or 7 Euros lol I've said no I'd like a replacement or refund , I'm getting no where ! I want to send it back but I think if I do I will get nothing back , what should I do ?

You were covered by the ebay money back guarantee for 30 days but if over that time you can not do anything on here.
You pen a not as described dispute at the bottom of the page under Resolution Centre.
Escalate it after a full 3 days of opening the dispute.
The seller needs to send a pre paid label for the return.
If they dont then ebay should when you escalate the dispute.
Make sure it goes back tracked and that the tracking is in the dispute.
You have 30 days from the day of delivery to open a dispute in ebay

If you are out of time and paid by paypal then you can try opening a dispute for not as described in paypal
Sign up to their returns postage first as you will have to send all the item back
Escalate as soon as paypal allow but within 20 days
You should never waste time with sellers
