I have an iPad 2 and unfortunately deleted the eBay app and quite a few other apps when a friend helpfully restored it for me the problem I have use now when I try to download eBay app onto my iPad it says version 10.30 newer is required that Apple iOS 10.3
The problem is it’s an iPad 2 and it’s updated to 9.3.5 which is as far as it goes it cannot be updated any further now
is there a place I can download older apps that will work with IOS 9.3?
