Offer will not disappear

I submitted an offer to a seller for goods.
They declined. Their sale, continued until the 30 day period was expired, then it was auto reliated.
Using a desktop, the offer I made is not visible, on my eBay.
Unfortunately, several months later, I still see it daily on the eBay mobile app (listed under “Bids” and when I look at it, I am invited to submit another offer).
It’s bothering me and I have tried to delete it (from app) but it will not go away.
I have deleted the app - restarted the phone, downloaded eBay app again, and it’s still there.
It’s not visible on a desktop using eBay website - but the app, yep, it’s still there.
I’ve asked the seller to delete it, remove it or whatever he can, which he’s tried.
Ebay - trying to explain it to the call centre is like pulling teeth. Any ideas / thoughts / suggestions ?
