No idea what you are talking about ! If a listing gives offense then there is a report link on the right side of all listings.

How a bag comes into it i don't know, but I suggest you go to the bottom of the page and read VERO. Brand Owners can ask ebay to remove their Branded items as they only allow sales by authorised sellers.
