Odd message

Hi. I have recieved a message from a guy asking for my details for an item he has bought but not paid for.

He has only 3 feedback and the whole account looks dodgy. To which section of E bay do I report this activity.

You can issue an Unpaid Item cancellation after 4 complete days to end transaction and get your fee refunded.   More info:
