Notifications feature keeps repeating

Anyone experiencing problems with the notifications feature ?    Its that bell symbol. No matter how many times I clear it, it keeps coming back with the same notifications, day after day

If you hover over the bell it gives you the option at the bottom to let ebay know what you think about it/notifications,so why not cease the opportunity to let then know.
