Note 10 - under guarantee

I purchased a "note 10 " 9" Tablet in December 2020. Unfortunately after a month it failed to work. I have been in contact with the supplier and he he says he will repair it . I have postage to China and the item has been received in March. How long should I wait for my Note 10 to be returned?  and should I need to keep asking about it. Every7 time My seller says it'll be a few weeks. At the moment I have been told to wait until May, but I am still awaiting delivery. Is this reasonable?

No it is not reasonable but you are out of time to do anything on ebay 

Sending it back to China was not a good idea as you have no way of forcing them to repair it or even send it back to you.

If you paid by paypal then you could try opening a not as described dispute there

They may not accept the dispute as their money back guarantee is for items that are not as described when they arrive

If they do then put the tracking of the return onto the dispute and escalate as soon as you can but within 20 days.

If that fails then I am afraid you are out of luck

In the UK you would have Uk law to possibly fall back on but not with an overseas seller
