I have been waiting for my refund since they lied about sending
a replacement i have checked cctv postage service nothing,
couldn't even provide me with a tracking number I asked over and over again
I have email proof of the whole convo. Now they ignoring me and I paid
45 for literally nothing it's like they don't understand what I'm typing
I get repeated genetic messages from them
According to your Feedback the purchase was over 6 months ago. You should have dealt with the problem through the Ebay Money Back Guarantee within 30 days of Purchase.
Nothing you can do now. The Chinese Sellers falsely promise Replacements for faulty goods or as a way of getting you to change any Negative Feedback left.
How, and when did you ' take it up with eBay' ? You have 30 days from last estimated date for delivery to open the relevant case in the Resolution Centre. It is then all automated, and if not resolved in 8 days, you escalate on days 9 - 21 and e\Bay step in and fully refund you.
Fall out of those rules and paramters, and you will not win your refund. @saika.hussain
