Not full address

Peson has bought and paid for an item. There address is not a complete one - their name and a number and then the town - no street/road name.

I've tried messaging them but no response. They have no feedback.

Any ideas welcome as I don't want to post it with such a sketchy address as I doubt it will get there.

Have you put it into Royal Mail addesses and see what that says.

Yes, there's a post code but it seems to cover several streets.

If it has a postcode and the house number then that should cover it. Check at the Post office as if it is not correct they should refuse it.
