Hi I'm looking for advice as a buyer. I bought a memory foam mattress topper with a zipped cover however when it arrived no cover. As I'm disabled my carer helped by opening mattress. When saw no protective cover i txt seller. I explained item not as described (cover on mattress) the seller then sent me a cover. Again told them no use, I ordered & needed mattress with cover on it. They're now ignoring my txts. I opened case with eBay & they are asking that I return item. However I cannot physically roll this mattress up & put back in cardboard box!! It's clear that it had been rolled packaged by a machine. I'm totally stuck & don't know how to proceed. Please if someone could offer any advice I'd appreciate it.
