Can I get my money back if the listing id false .I bought something stating it was 300mls and it isn't its only 200.mls can I do anything about it it wasn't cheap to buy eigther

Yes.  Go to "More Actions", far right of item on your My eBay Purchase History page and click on Return this item > Doesn't match description.

If the seller does not accept it or does not provide a paid-for postage label you will be able to escalate it to eBay after 3 working days and they will enforce it.
