Keep being charged VAT when buying items in Europe and I am based in Northern Ireland. Told eBay about it but it is still added to the total. NO VAT between northern Ireland and the EU due to the protocol. They do refund me as they have to do but their answer to the added VAT is they are working on it and they are not ready yet. FIVE years!!!!!!!!
