i got a phone with water damage and wasn't told getting nasty messages saying they want phone back before I get refund but in thepast I've never got money back after sending back. What do I do cause I'm not closing the case. I'm reselling the item hoping for more money but I still what refund from them as I didn't buy that phone for it to not work and never be told it didn't

Unbelievable -

You want to keep the phone AND want the seller to fully refund you AND you have already listed it for sale yourself at a starting price well over what you paid for it AND you left the seller negative feedback.

Best advice is that you read all the rules etc.
