If I purchase an item and the seller wants a non returnable deposite, am I obliged to give them the deposite with out seeing the item. It's a motorcycle I've purchased.
EBay does not permit deposits.
The only safe way is to go and see the item and - if satisfied - do all the paperwork, pay and ride away.
