Non received goods

I ordered and paid for two pairs of pants too £. I may add and have only received one pair the seller has given me nothing but a run around and now eBay has closed the case so I'm pretty much back to square one anybody got any ideas? The seller is not at all helpful not to mention the time difference doesn't help any . Any way forward would be greatly appreciated

What sort of case did you open with ebay? If Not Received, then wrong case, you received something, it should have been Not As Described, but you only get one case.

The other reason it might have closed even if you opened the right case was that you let it run out of time.

You can still open a Not As Described Case with Paypal, and escalate after 2 days and by day 20. With paypal youwill have to pay the return postage.

If dealt with correctly through ebay the seller has to supply a reply paid label.
