Non receipt

im feeling totally cheesed off.

 

I spent over £20 on wool in October and it never arrived.  The seller told me it was stuck at the post office and I assumed it was in Wigan and that they must have tried to deliver it and forgotten to put a card through the door. We were in isolation and once I was out of it and could get into Wigan I went to the sorting office.  They tell me the parcel has never left Cheltenham because the parcel wasn't machinable.  I've asked the seller for a refund but have had no response.  I've tried to ask eBay to intervene but I can't find anyway of doing this as I can't email them and the option to raise a query about non delivery has now been closed due to inactivity.I keep going round in a loop and I'm losing the will to live.  Can anyone help?

As your eBay case has been closed open a case with Paypal.

 
Escalate it after 2 days and before 20 days.
